Hyper-Video Screencasts

Have you ever wished that screencasts were a little more interactive?  Development-Guides is a new site from the Silverlight Consulting company Silver Bay Labs.  Here's an example video: Model-View-ViewModel in Silverlight. 

Notice the following features:

• View and Copy code while the screencast is playing.
• Conveniently navigate to the different sections of a video.
• See a text view of a video.
• Link to the middle of a video.
• Use the back/forward browser buttons to navigate through a video

In addition, it's super easy to add videos to the site.  Simply login with an existing password (openid, Google, Yahoo, etc.).
