Top Sources of Waste in ALM

In this interview, Sam Guckenheimer reveals what he believes to be the top sources of waste in ALM.  He also discusses the things to consider when building an agile team.  Leadership is another important part of team building where transparency and metrics are very important.

Sam Guckenheimer is the Product Owner of Microsoft's Visual Studio Team System.  When he joined Microsoft in 2003, many ALM tools were treating each 2-week iteration as its own development silo.  End-to-end flow and the transitions between each iteration cycle are equally important in the agile process, said Guckenheimer.
